This week at Trinity

Here's what's happening at Trinity this week!

Progressive Dinner

Trinity's Progressive Dinner is back and you don't want to miss it. Register today to save your seat at this mobile, meandering meal! Come to Trinity at 5:30pm to receive your house assignment and return after dinner for desserts & caroling in the Parish Hall. Seats are going fast; registration closes on November 24.

Advent Compline

Wednesdays during Advent at 7:45pm in the Nave

Join us for a contemplative prayer service each Wednesday this Advent as we quiet our hearts and minds during a busy season and prepare to receive the hope, peace, and joy of Jesus Christ in Christmas.

Angel Tree

Gifts due back by December 13

Once again we will have an Angel Tree for Christmas giving. Choose an ornament from the tree to bless a child at Rose City Estates this Christmas. Gifts should be returned to Trinity by December 13. Presents will be delivered on December 15. Let Pamela Tucker know if you would like to help!

Advent Resources

Available in the Parish Hall through December 1

Please stop by the Parish Hall and check out the Advent resources we've collected, including a wide variety of books for children & adults, supplies for Advent wreaths, and Jesse Tree ornaments.

Rose City Estates Food Drive

Through November 22

If you would like to participate in our annual Thanksgiving food drive for Rose City Estates, you can pick up a shopping list from the display table in the hallway or make a financial donation (choose Missions from the dropdown list). All food items should be brought to the designated area of the kitchen by November 22. Contact Carlyn Clawson at (229) 672-1296 if you have questions or would like to help deliver boxes.

Care for the Landstroms and Corbitts

  • Pray! For specific prayer requests, subscribe to their Caring Bridge site
  • Sign up for their meal train
  • Donate financial resources. Trinity maintains a Compassion Fund to help members of the congregation and local community who find themselves facing financial difficulties due to a specific and unexpected event. If you would like to give to help the Landstroms and others bridge the gap of a difficult situation, please direct your online giving to ‘Compassion Fund’ or write the same on the memo line of a physical check. Physical cash can also be designated to the fund by placing in an envelope with ‘Compassion Fund’ written on the outside.
